Fun in the HOT Sun

We haven't taken many pictures of what's been happening this summer but here are a few I managed to scrummage together.

This is what the kids love to do all day everyday. The Sea World near us just opened up a brand new Sesame Street "Bay of Play" water fun area that has been just perfect for them. If we're ever outside in the summer, this is what we're doing. It's too hot to do anything but get wet. Then after we dry off we like to go see the huge aquarium of fish that we get to watch the scuba diver feed. And we always finish off with our favorite cool, refreshing, frozen lemonade slushy. With all this fun, the kids get pretty warn out as you'll see in this video. But this video happened during a late afternoon snack one Sunday. Kaleb didn't get a nap that day because of church. Brandon was sitting with him while Kaleb had one of those funny nodding off, almost falling into your food moments so he ran and got the video camera. When he started filming, of course he couldn't recreate it. It's so painful to watch because Brandon is trying to get him to continue eating to see if he would do it again, but the poor guy just wanted to go to sleep and his mean dad wasn't letting him! It's seriously so sad. What kid begs to go to sleep?

I think this is how we all feel sometimes, isn't it?
