Brayden's Turn

I've been "tagged" which means I'm supposed to tell a bunch of things about myself, but since last week you already learned a little bit more about Brandon and me, I'll let Brayden have the glory. Here are 10 things you may not know about Brayden: 1. She's one tough cookie. When she was in the NICU she got stuck with IVs and didn't even flinch. (She takes her immunizations like a champ as well.)

2. She thinks scary things are funny.

3. She learned how to fold her arms all by herself. One day in church when we were praying she just started folding her arms with us.

4. At night time it's all giggles for her (she gets this from me). She even sometimes tries to get me to laugh instead of the other way around.

5.She's happy when she wakes up from her naps (she gets this from Brandon). 6. Brayden's favorites: song- "Jesus Wants Me For A Sunbeam," food-carrots, toy-her touch and feel books, activity-crawl around really fast while we chase her. Her absolute favorite is when we do this on our bed. She loves our bed. 7. She now climbs up on everything. She loves her freedom. 8. She apparently thinks raw pumpkin tastes good.

9. She can finally say "ma ma."

10. Brayden's name comes from the combination of BRAndon and DENise. We put a "y" in the middle to make it more girly and "y" in Spanish means "and."=BRAyDEN. She'll always know her name is special.

Happy 9 months, Brayden! This 9 months went by a lot faster than the previous, and a lot more enjoyable!
