HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!on Oct 28th
This last week we braved having a family photo session. These are some of my favorites.
Some of them surprisingly turned out okay (besides the squinty faces). But if you want to know how the photo shoot REALLY went, have a peek....
We'll take what we can get. (This is Brandon. Did anyone notice Denise's new hair cut? I think she looks beautiful.)
Brandon's mom came into town last weekend while Brandon had some school off. Brayden loved being around Grandma Joy and all the extra attention she brought.
We took advantage of having a babysitter and went out and visited my aunt and uncle who were in town for the ADA dental convention.
We met some of their big dental friends and Brandon enjoyed all the input he was getting from all the seasoned dentists. Here is one of Brandon's latest projects that he had been working on that he is very proud of. His very first gold casted crown. He did an amazing job. Making stuff like this is his favorite thing to do in dental school so far.
We visited the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins for this year.
We started our annual pumpkin painting event. I'm not quite done with mine so I'll have to post the finished products next week.
We came across some great garage sale finds this week. We got this car....
...as well as this tricycle. All Brayden likes to do is go in and out of the car and on and off of the tricycle OVER and OVER again.
Of course she has to have her baby in the back seat.
Now every single morning we have to go out back to play with her new toys. And for some reason she insists on having a peach to nibble on too.
This is our final find of week. Someone in our ward was giving away a toddler bed with the mattress so we jumped on that offer. Brayden was soooo excited about her new bed but she's still going to have to wait a little bit. I don't know if I'm ready for the switch quite yet. We first are going to work on getting rid of the pacifier.
Brayden followed grandma around everywhere she went and loved playing with her hairbrush and hand mirror. She also loved putting her glasses on...
...as well as her curlers in her hair.
They had a lot of fun together.The video mostly shows her playing with her car and some funny things we caught on camera this week.

4. The Cozy Coupe car is a hit with all children. You were lucky to find that at a garage sale.
5. It has not been bad having Cody out of the crib. As long as the room is baby proofed and you have a door lock on the inside. He falls asleep frequently on the floor or recliner. You'll be fine with that next step

cute family pic's. We just took some yesterday... glad it's over. It's a lot of work getting everyone "put together". My parents said they had fun with you guys! let us know when you're in town next. We'd love to get together.
